I've been using this site for about year but i haven't been on in a while due to unfortunate recovery. but i feel fat and gross.
for the smokers in the house. is it worth smoking to supress hunger?

ladies i really dont think i'm going to be able to take on this semester alone.  does anyone have any ideas about good diet pills i can take. i went to the drugstore and i was soooo over whelmed from the vast amounts of stuff.  what are some ingredients that i want to look for?? plz help...

havn't ever introduced myself. i've been a member for about a year and ive never really introduced myself.
age: 19
hight: 5'5''
current: 108lbs just gained a bunch during school...i know it's unbarable
lw: 85lbs
gw: 90lbs


so i'm at my lowest and i'm desperate to do anything to loose. anybody know of any really good appetite supressers??  i'm going to get some hooida diet pills tomorrow, and some laxatives.  but suppresents would be the best.

how come everytime i try to stick my toothbrush down my throat nothing comes out?? i just gag a whole lot but i can never seem to actually vomit.  any suggestions

breakfast: egg whites= 50
run to work
snack: fruit leather= 50
lunch: iceberg lettuce= 50
snack: rice cake= 35
dinner: wrice cake and peanut butter= 135cals

i was watching intervention (the episode of the bulimic stripper) and i was wondering if any of the bulimics here are just as bad, if not worse than the girl in the episode.

jog to bus station and jog to work from skytrain
jog skytrain and jog home from bus stop
lunch: salad and diet coke = 55cals
jog to bus stop
snack: fruit snack= 50cals
dinner: bell pepper and water= 50cals
jog home and sit up routine
TOTAL= 195CALS
GOAL TO WEIGH IN AT 104lbs @ 12AM

i have absolutely had my last binge day for the rest of my month.  i would hope for the rest of my life but i am not that nieve.
2,4,6,8 until my trip to nyc.  
tomorrow DAY 2:
breakfast: egg whites and cheese = 80 cals
gym
lunch: diet coke and carrots=35cals
jog
dinner: bell pepper and diet coke=40cals
I WILL NOT BRAKE THIS OR I WILL HAVE TO BREAK MY FACE
i've also decided i need to get in as much cardio as possible and absolutely no sugar or carbs, that will help get rid of my ugggllly hate handles

so i'm going to newyork city a week from today.  i've been restricting extra just so i look good before the trip. but my problem is how will i be able to totally enjoy my time there without worrying about my weight.  i dont want all this hard work to go to shit.  but i still want to enjoy new york cheese cake, bagels and stuff like that.  any suggetions??

I WAS DOING SO GOOD, THEN I HAD TO GO AND RUIN EVERYTHING WITH A DOUGHNUT.  ONE FUCKING DOUGHNUT.  I"M WAS SO PROUD THAT I RESISTED THEM LAST NIGHT, BUT THIS MORNING I HAD NO FUCKING CONTROL.  IT DIDNT EVEN TASTE GOOD I DONT KNOW WHY THE FUCK I ATE ITTTT.  I HATE MYSELF SO MUCH RIGHT NOW.  SOMEONE TELL ME PLEASE THAT I"M NOT GOING TO GAIN ANYTHING FROM IT PLEEEASEEEE.
